The minimum stay from June to September : 7 days (from Saturday to Saturday).

The minimum stay from October to May : 5 days.

Pool opened from 15.05. to 30.09. 

Pool heating is charged at €30 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

House order and peace - 23:00 - 07:00.

Children's bed - for children aged 0-2 years - on request (free of charge).


To confirm the reservation, the guest pays 30% of the total amount, and the other part 30 days before arrival.

For cancellation of the reservation up to 30 or more days before the agreed vacation date, guests have the right to use the advance payment for another free date of their choice within 12 months.

If the reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the agreed vacation date, the advance payment will not be returned to the guest.

By paying the advance payment for the reservation, the guest accepts the "Reservation cancellation conditions".

Upon arrival, the guest is required to give €300 as a deposit (in cash), which is returned upon check-out, if everything is in order.

Tourist tax is included in price.
